  • Add WorkflowIDConflictPolicy field assignment in workflow options generation
  • Only apply to non-child workflow types as child workflows don't support WorkflowIDConflictPolicy

Thanks for the fix @qwenode 🙌 , would you mind updating the generated code on your branch (e.g. omni up && omni genlocal) and add a entry to the unreleased section of the changelog?
